Commission deposits are non-refundable.
If product arrives damage - you can ship damaged item back to me. Once returned and inspected a refund/replacement will be issued.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
RETURNS: If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me so that I can make it right.
For Paintings: I always send a photo of finished painting at which time you can make any changes prior to shipping. If after received you would like something changed please email me.
Upon approval for the return, pack the painting in the same shipping box within 7 business days.
Full refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued when the shipment arrives back in the studio and is examined.
